"6 petals" diet: eat, drink, lose weight

Many women exhaust themselves with hunger and physical exertion, trying to at least slightly correct their figure. The 6-petal diet is an opportunity to eat cookies and meatballs, but not to gain weight, but, on the contrary, to lose weight.

The Petals Diet, developed by Swedish nutritionist Anna Johansson, is the dream of every girl who wants to lose those extra pounds in the shortest possible time. The image of a diet invented by her - a flower consisting of 6 petals, allows women to lose weight without effort. By tearing day after day on a petal of paper, you can "tear" the extra pounds out of yourself.

The essence of the diet

The Swedish 6-petal diet has one feature: every day (and there are only 6 of them) a new product appears on the table, but apart from the allowed dishes, nothing else can be eaten on this day. The menu consists of an alternation of carbohydrates and proteins, so it can be safely attributed to a healthy and balanced diet.

Since you have to eat the same food all day, your body has to take energy from stored subcutaneous fat. At the same time, he cannot get used to the daily change of food, which also does not give him the opportunity to store some fat in reserve.

The chamomile diet consists of 6-day cycles, each of which contains a specific product: fish, vegetables, chicken, cereals, cottage cheese, fruit.

There are no exact restrictions in the system. Nutritionists only suggest following a few recommendations: eat fruits and vegetables in quantities not exceeding 1. 5 kg per day, cottage cheese, chicken and fish - about ½ kg, cereals - a maximum of 300 g.

Products scheduled per day cannot be exchanged. The mono-diet menu must be followed indisputably.

The main criteria for compliance with the dietary nutrition system:

  • One product for one day.
  • The intake of liquids during meals is prohibited. You can drink juices, tea, herbal teas and water between meals.
  • It is not recommended to eat pastries, sweets, add spices to food.
  • You have to eat in small portions, but often.
  • Food must be chewed thoroughly.

Permitted and prohibited products

Anna Johansson's diet involves the elaboration of a balanced menu for every day. To competently carry out the process, you need to know which products should and can be present in the diet, and which are not.

  • canned foods;
  • carbonated drinks;

You look for

In the diet, each 6-day cycle is called a circle. A Swedish nutritionist recommends a course of no more than 4 circuits. It is necessary to determine the duration of the stay on the diet, based on well-being and physical health in general.

How long can you stay on a diet?

The repeat frequency of the diet is one of the most frequently asked questions. The creator of the diet recommends doing 2 cycles, the duration of which is 2 weeks. Every seven days, you can eat one of the recommended options:

  • Do a fasting day, during which you can only drink non-carbonated mineral water.
  • Eat as before your diet, eliminating only all "harmful" foods from your diet.

How Much Weight Can You Lose?

If you follow all the rules of the diet, you can say goodbye to a fairly large number of kilograms. On average, a woman can lose around 500-800g per day.

It is important to understand that the weight may not go away in the first couple of days. The results will be evident in the middle of the cycle, when the arrow of the scale immediately drops by 2 or more kilograms.

Get out of the diet

With any weight loss system, it is important to complete the process correctly. The exit from the 6-petal diet should be regular. To do this, you need to gradually add more to the allowed products, expanding the diet and increasing the calorie content of dishes.

If during the circle it was convenient to eat only healthy food, then you should not give up such a correct habit and start eating fast food. The less fat, smoked meats and other prohibited ingredients in the diet, the longer the result will last and possibly improve.

Contraindications

Despite all the advantages of the 6-petal diet, it also has some contraindications. These include:

  • kidney problems;
  • diseases of the cardiovascular system in severe form;
  • liver pathology;
  • diabetes;
  • stomach ulcer;
  • period of lactation and pregnancy.

In any case, it is worth consulting with your doctor about the possibility of a diet. Six petals: a system that does not involve a complete refusal of food. Therefore, even with the above problems, a specialist can allow it to be carried out if the need to lose weight is a priority.

You can get rid of excess weight in a short period of time. But if you do not follow a healthy lifestyle in the future, the lost kilograms will quickly return.
